180–205°C

Light Roast

Highlights terroir, fruity and floral notes. Best for pour-over, cold brew, Aeropress.

210–220°C

Medium Roast

Balanced acidity, sweetness, body. Ideal for espresso, Americano, latte.

225–230°C

Medium–Dark Roast
